iCafeFX ("we", "our", "the app") is a free mobile application that provides Forex trading signals and Thai gold price data for educational purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the app:
- Device Token: Push notification token (FCM/APNs) to deliver trade signal alerts. Stored securely and used only for notifications.
- Language Preference: Your selected language, stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage.
- Notification Preferences: Your notification settings (signals, news, gold alerts), stored locally on your device.
We do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Financial or trading account information
- Browsing history outside the app
- Contact lists or photos
3. How We Use Information
- Send push notifications for trading signals, gold price changes, and important news
- Display content in your preferred language
- Improve app stability and performance
4. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Expo (React Native): App framework and push notification delivery
- Supabase: Backend database for signals and news (no personal data stored)
- TradingView: Chart rendering (widget-based, no user data shared)
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage & Security
User preferences are stored locally on your device. Push notification tokens are stored on our secure server and are used solely for delivering notifications. All network communication uses HTTPS encryption.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Disable push notifications at any time through the app settings or your device settings
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
- Contact us to request deletion of your push notification token
